I've been searching this book high and low for quite sometime.
It has finally been delivered into my hands just a couple of minutes ago.

This book reveals how eating disorder can change one's live completely.
A painful and disturbing process.
The will to make everything right.
Two words 'I'm hungry' which millions of girls/women aren't willing to say it out loud.

How media define the meaning of attractiveness.
How magazines protray skinny=beautiful.
People aren't contented with the way they looked.

This book is strongly recommended.
Do pick it up if you have the chance.


This year is coming to an end soon.
What did I accomplished so far?
I have graduated and gotten my certificate.
I'm currently working at my uncle's office.
Read quite a few books that inspired me greatly.
A relaxing trip to Bintan,Bali and my upcoming trip to Hong Kong in January.

Next year will be a better year, this i believed.
