Healthy.For.Health.
To be exact, this afternoon i made this for myself.
Everyone should have a fulling breakfast or brunch to stay focus throughout the day.
Fulling aren't enough.
Must be healthy too! =D
TADAH ....
A bowl of porridge with salted egg and sausage.
Seem little and simple?
But im quite bloated from eating this.
And somehow those that can be made edible by me are pretty few.
Yumms.
Maybe if i continue eating this everyday.
I can seriously lose some fats from my body.
But all in all.
Need determination!
I've been pigging out practically everyday.
Sigh.
Shiat... my mum just bought durian puffs & chocolate cake.
She's tempting me!!
